Hilltop Weekly Rental Rates 2026 

Low Season: £850 

November - March, excluding Christmas, New Year, February half-term and Easter holidays.

Mid Season: £1650 

February half-term, Easter holidays, April-June (excluding May/June half term), September, October 

High Season: £2500 

May/June half term, July and August, Christmas, New Year

PLEASE NOTE THESE RATES INCLUDE CLEANING AND LAUNDRY COSTS.

Please contact us for special long-weekend and short-stay rates in off-peak times.

Our changeover day is Friday. We ask guests to leave by 10am and to arrive after 4pm.

We ask for a £200 refundable security deposit.
